At WAWANZA, we are committed to providing our international customers with the highest quality healthcare products, ensuring that each item undergoes rigorous inspection before dispatch. If you receive a defective product or one that doesn’t meet your needs, we are here to assist you.

Refund and Return Eligibility

 

WAWANZA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy: 
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 

WAWANZA PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. 

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the WAWANZA PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Manufacturing Defects:

Healthcare products with manufacturing defects, such as compromised packaging, incorrect labeling, or product contamination, are eligible for replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases. To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide an unpacking video to support your claim.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of healthcare products, certain items, particularly those involving personal or hygiene use, cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Please review product details carefully before purchase or contact our customer service for guidance on selecting the right product.

Promotional Periods:
During promotional periods, healthcare products are generally ineligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. We aim to deliver products in pristine condition, and should you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly assist you.

Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, we will promptly rectify it upon your contact. You can reach us via email at cs@wawanza.com.

Order Modification/Cancellation

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, once the order has been processed, it cannot be altered or canceled. However, you can initiate a return once you receive the product, subject to our return policies.

Refund Process

If you are dissatisfied with your healthcare product due to manufacturing defects, you can request a refund. Upon receiving the returned shipment at our warehouse, our Quality Control team will inspect the items. If the defects are confirmed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, with return shipping costs covered by us. Please note that you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt for a refund to be considered.

Important Considerations

  • International Shipping:
    We cannot guarantee delivery for orders with incorrect shipping addresses or delays due to severe weather, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control that affect the carrier’s operations.

  • Third-Party Purchases:
    Returns and refunds are not accepted for healthcare products not purchased directly from WAWANZA PVT LTD. If you purchased a WAWANZA healthcare product from a third party, please refer to the seller’s return policy.
